Soakaway are designed with allowable capacity to store surface water immediate run-off from roofs and hard surfaces and the water must then be able to disperse into the surrounding soil quickly enough for the soak away to be able to cope with the next storm. In Soakaway application it is the aim to disperse water into the sub-soil. Specific diameters and depths are required to draw a certain range of surface areas. Therefore the soakaway ring can be installed individually or by combining several together to provide sufficient storage and area of exfiltration.
